Hummus, sundried tomatoes, and feta cheese appetizers

This beautiful bite-sized appetizer is a great way to deviate from bruschetta. Super easy to assemble and super tasty!

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf of mini Italian or sourdough bread (or any kind that you like), sliced about 1/2 an inch think
  • 1/2 cup of sundried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 1/3 cup of hummus (any flavor you like)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1/3 cup of feta cheese
  • fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
  • Toast the sliced bread for a few minutes
  • Cut the top part of the peeled garlic cloves and rub the juice on the surface of each slice of bread
  • Spread hummus on the bread. Add sundried tomatoes on top; top with feta cheese and cilantro.
