Ingredients
- 1 loaf of mini Italian or sourdough bread (or any kind that you like), sliced about 1/2 an inch think
- 1/2 cup of sundried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1/3 cup of hummus (any flavor you like)
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1/3 cup of feta cheese
- fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Toast the sliced bread for a few minutes
- Cut the top part of the peeled garlic cloves and rub the juice on the surface of each slice of bread
- Spread hummus on the bread. Add sundried tomatoes on top; top with feta cheese and cilantro.
